Ministry

God has given us all different gifts to contribute. Discovering our gifts and using them to serve others brings us joy.

We encourage all our people to contribute in some way to the life of our community. After all, we are the Church! In this way we help grow God’s work, and continue to develop our community as a place of love, service, encouragement and transformation for many in our city and beyond.

There are several ways you can contribute to the life of St John the Evangelist. We encourage all parishioners to contribute according to their passion and gifting, in at least one area. Most roles are once a month, unless you would like to serve more often. Feel free to volunteer in more than one area!
